Oakville, ON – June 4th, 2018 – QuaeNet Inc., is announcing a partnership with Sensoterra, an Amsterdam based IoT organization. This partnership is the first in Canada and Italy, QuaeNet will be offering the solution that delivers real-time data regarding moisture levels in soil.
With Canada’s and Italy’s strong agriculture industries, Sensoterra’s soil moisture sensor helps growers with irrigation decisions, conserve water use, and improve crop yields by providing the right amount of water, at the right time.
The use case for these IoT soil moisture devices go beyond farming within Canada, and is applicable for Smart Cities and Smart Homes. Introducing the remote sensors can help to reduce water waste in public landscaping, golf courses and maintenance companies, as well as consumer usage for grass and garden care.
